Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
The GTC cover the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by OCILYS, particularly the vibration posture corrector.
2. Products
OCILYS offers products related to well-being and posture.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the corresponding pages of the website.
The photos are non-contractual but are taken to faithfully reflect the products.
OCILYS cannot be held responsible for any display differences related to the customer's computer equipment.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
OCILYS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.
Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.
4. Order
The customer can place an order online:
- Add product to cart
- Validate cart
- Enter personal and shipping information
- Secure payment
- Receive a confirmation email
OCILYS reserves the right to refuse any order in case of:
- Existing dispute with the customer
- Suspicions of fraud
- Incomplete or clearly erroneous data
The order is considered definitive once it has been fully paid and confirmed by email.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Shop
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- PayPal (Integration in progress)
Payment is secured by the chosen providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
OCILYS never has access to the customer's bank details.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery areas
OCILYS delivers to:
- Metropolitan France
- European Union

Countries outside the European Union offered during checkout
6.2 Delays
Orders are processed within 72 business hours.
Estimated delivery times are:

- Metropolitan France and European Union: 6 to 12 business days
- For deliveries outside the European Union, delays may be extended due to customs controls and local transport conditions.
These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.).
6.3 Carriers
The choice of carrier is made by Ocilys to ensure the best possible quality of service.
6.4 Delay / Loss
In case of abnormal delay, the customer must contact OCILYS who will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the package is declared lost, OCILYS will send an identical product or proceed with a refund.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
To exercise this right:
- The product must not be used
- Returned in its original packaging
- With all its accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error originated from OCILYS.
The customer must contact: contact@ocilys.com before any return.
8. Return and refund
After receiving the return:
- OCILYS inspects the condition of the product
- Informs the customer of acceptance or refusal
- Proceeds with a refund within a maximum of 10 working days if accepted
The refund is made via the original payment method.
If the 15 working days after validation are exceeded, the customer must contact OCILYS.
9. Legal guarantees
All products sold by OCILYS benefit from legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
- Guarantee against hidden defects

10. Responsibility
OCILYS cannot be held responsible for:
- Delivery delays attributable to the carrier
- Indirect damages related to the use of the product
- Misuse
- Interruption or malfunction of the site
11. Personal Data (GDPR)
Data processing is explained in detail in the Privacy Policy .
OCILYS undertakes never to sell the data collected.
12. Mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to free recourse to a mediator in the event of a dispute.

13. Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law .
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
