Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 48 to 72 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery is usually made within 9 to 15 business days after shipment.

What are the delivery charges?
For France and Europe, delivery is 100% free.
For international orders, shipping costs are €4.90.
How do I change my delivery address?

If your package has not yet been shipped, we will update the address immediately.
Once shipping is confirmed, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the address, but we will do our best to help you.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We will handle opening a case, and if the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will proceed with a free replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
As soon as your package is shipped (within 48 to 72 hours), a second message will be sent to you with a tracking link. This allows you to track your order in real time, step by step, until delivery.

Returns and Refunds
Is my product under warranty?
Yes. Your Ocilys posture corrector comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If the product is not suitable for you, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt.
Returns made within 14 days are covered by the legal right of withdrawal.
Between 15 and 30 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

My product is defective, what should I do?
If you notice a defect or technical problem with your device, immediately contact our customer service via the contact form or by email at contact@ocilys.com, with photos or a video of the problem and a short description. We cover return shipping costs in this case.
Upon receipt of the product, we perform a quality check. If the defect is confirmed, you can choose between:
a free exchange

How to request a return?

What is the deadline for returning a product?
You have a legal period of 14 days to return your product, without having to provide a reason. During this period, returns are free of charge.
We also accept returns up to 30 days after receipt: beyond 14 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect, technical problem, or damaged item, where return shipping remains completely free.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with its accessories and manual in its original packaging.

How does the posture corrector work?
The sensor detects the angle of your neck and back.
When you lean too far forward, it sends a gentle vibration
to remind you to straighten up.
Over time, your brain associates this correction with a healthier posture.
Result: better posture without effort or strain.
How long should I wear it every day?
Ideally 20 to 40 minutes a day at first, then up to 1 to 2 hours once you get used to it.
No need to wear it all day: effectiveness relies on regularity,
not duration.
The goal is to re-educate your posture, not to depend on the device.
Is the vibration strong?
No. The vibration is soft and discreet; it is not painful.
It is noticeable enough to alert you when you lean too far. It simply serves as a reminder to correct your posture.
The goal is not to startle you, but to gently retrain your posture.
When should I use it?

or during your daily activities when you are seated for long periods and your posture slackens.
