It all really started in 2018, during a major career change. The positions I was forced to maintain all day caused me back pain. No matter how many doctors I saw, nothing changed... and the situation became increasingly difficult to bear.

So I changed careers and became an executive secretary. But the damage was already done: my back and neck pain wouldn't let up, and headaches quickly joined in.

At that point, I realized I needed to find a lasting solution. I wanted to rediscover a body that breathes, a mind that is free... a life without constant pain.

After long hours of searching online, the conclusion was obvious: my posture, and particularly my long days in front of the computer, were at the heart of the problem.

That's when I discovered the importance of good posture... and especially how much poor posture could amplify back and neck pain and general fatigue.

Continuing my research, I finally found my miracle solution! It was from this discovery that OCILYS was born, a discreet, lightweight, yet powerful ally. The one that finally allowed me to straighten up, relieve my pain, and breathe again.
