At OCILYS, we do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in the best possible condition.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to:

  • Metropolitan France
  • European Union
  • Countries outside the European Union offered during checkout

2. Delivery Methods

Delivery is made directly to your home.
The choice of carrier is made by Ocilys to ensure the best possible quality of service.

3. Order Processing Times

All orders are prepared within:
72 business hours

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your country:

  • Metropolitan France and European Union: 6 to 12 business days
  • For deliveries outside the European Union, times may be extended due to customs controls and local transportation conditions.

These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales...).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are free in France and Europe and amount to €4.90 for international deliveries,

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the corresponding link.

You can track your order at any time.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

OCILYS cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to an incorrect address
  • Return of the package to the depot due to inability to deliver

In these cases, a reshipment may be offered (additional fees may apply).

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Package

8.1 Delayed Package

If your order significantly exceeds the announced delivery times, contact us:

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

8.2 Package declared lost

If the carrier confirms the loss:
We will send a new item or proceed with a full refund.

8.3 Damaged package

In case of a damaged package:

  • Take a photo of the package
  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Contact us within 48h

9. Order not received but marked as "delivered"

This sometimes happens (scanning error, neighbor, mailbox, etc.).
